Administration Clerk

Location: The J Business Centre, Testaferrata Street, Ta’ Xbiex

Job Overview:

SMP Consultancy is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Administration Clerk to join our team. The Administration Clerk will be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, handling incoming calls, and providing general support to the office staff. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist in organising and scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
  • Assist in ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organis


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
