Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: The J Business Centre, Testaferrata Street, Ta’ Xbiex

Job Overview:

SMP Consultancy is seeking a reliable and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, handling correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing administrative support. The Personal Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Screen and prioritise emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence for the CEO.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the CEO as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
